I had a wonderful stay at Le Canal Boutique House for four nights. The location is perfect, close to the North Gate and buzzing with restaurants and bars. The only downside was the occasional street noise, but they provided earplugs, which I didn't even use. Overall, it was excellent value for money and I highly recommend it!
